5. Delivery

Upon successful payment:

Email confirmation sent to registered address
Some accounts may require manual verification (1-3 business days)

6. Returns & Refunds

Due to the digital nature of our products:

All sales are final - no refunds or exchanges after account details are delivered
For access issues, you must contact us within 1 hour of delivery
Account replacements typically take 5-24 hours to process
Must provide video proof demonstrating the access problem
No replacements for accounts banned/suspended after delivery

IMPORTANT: Replacement requests must include video evidence showing:

Clear attempt to login with provided credentials
Full error message from the platform
Timestamp showing request is within 1 hour window

Exceptions may be granted at our sole discretion for verifiable technical issues.

7. Warranty

We do not guarantee the continued existence or performance of social media accounts after purchase. You are solely responsible for complying with each platform's terms of service.

8. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall we be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use purchased accounts.
